I feel some people take the 80/20 (80% diet, 20% gym) principle as a joke. The #1 question I get is.... How did I get rid of my belly fat? I say this all the time... MY DIET! Yes, cardio and weight training helps, but diet is really the only true way to eliminate belly fat. It comes down to being in a caloric deficit. I’ve never been secretive about what I eat (under my highlights) but honestly it doesn’t matter if you know what I eat, because my diet plan may not work for you. I get asked all the time what type of abs workouts I incorporate in my routine. Workout complete!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Today was a bit harder than my usual workouts. I had to workout out in my apartment’s gym, that’s the size of a shoe box 😢 But at at least I got to fart and sing in peace! I had the gym all to myself🙌🏽

So I have to admit..... if I go on vacation or if someone from out of town comes and visit me,I tend to cheat on my eating regimen and workouts 😫 I don’t know why, but in my mind ... if you on vacation, we both on vacation!
