I am over the freaking moon about this healthy homemade chimichurri sauce I perfected today! 🙌🏽 It’s got a great balance of zing and flavor, and I upped the thickness and texture (and the protein content 💪🏽) by whisking it in a base of nonfat Greek yogurt. I wanted to get a healthy foundation to grow my babies. Leading then to a healthy mom. I wanted to be the best version of myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why do you want to get healthy? Do you have health issues that can be fixed with correct fitness and nutrition. Do you have a family counting on you to be around a long time? Are you not 100% happy with how you feel every day? Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies 🎃✨ INGREDIENTS • 1 cup rolled oats • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée • 1/2 cup coconut flakes • 1/4 cup nut butter (I used almond) • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 1/4 cup chia seeds • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice • 1 tsp salt (optional) DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350. Had an amazing spa day Sunday for my sisters bday 💕 Sipped champagne and went hard on the chocolate buut it was part of the pampering soo treat yo self 🤷🏻♀️ Needed a day of some self care so even though it was for my sis I enjoyed the pampering just as much! Enjoy your life, things can get busy, especially with the holidays coming up, but don’t let your busy schedule take your joy away from life! Take some time to breathe, exercise, read, hike, or whatever else floats your boat ☺️ Remember your mental health is more important than that interview, lunch date, test, or any meetings, so take care of yourself! 💕
Don’t think. Just do. It’s what I tell myself when I’m procrastinating. . Stop thinking about what you’re gonna do, how you’re gonna do it, when you’re gonna do it....just do it. You’ll work through the details as you go. . All that planning turns into a negative when you stop moving forward. Stop waiting for everything to be perfect...it never will be. Just act!
Our sweet baby is perfect! We even got a little smile today ❤️ __ I want to thank all my friends and family that whispered a prayer for us and baby. The heart echo went wonderfully and everything is healthy, perfect and exactly on track with me and baby. __ The feeling of relief and blessings is indescribable. __ We are so so happy and can’t wait to find out what we’re having this weekend!! 💪🏻I’m not fit enough. Nope. 😅Im an introvert. Nope. ⏱I don’t have enough time. Nope. 😱It’s scary. Nope. 🤦♀️I don’t want to “sell things”. Nope. 😬I don’t have a big enough outreach and don’t know though people. Nope. . These were all excuses I gave myself years ago as to why I was not cut out to be a coach. Even typing these out now make me laugh. Why? Because some things I have learned in the past couple years are that . 1. MOST people don’t want a fitness expert, we have trainers for that. They want someone that they can relate to to walk with them on their journey.🙌🏻. . 2. The WHOLE reason I signed up as a coach in the first place was to get a discount on shakeology and the other products that I did extensive research on and compared them to other products. I don’t have to “sell” anything because it sells itself. 👊🏻. . 3. I have a passion for living a healthier life. I have had a passion for helping people since I was a little girl. Why not combine the two and make an income?🤔. . Coaches are just normal people, a lot of us moms, who want to live our healthiest lives mentally and physically and push, motivate and support each other to hit business and personal goals. I have made lifelong friendships all over the country through this amazing experience and nothing excited me more than when we add to our amazing team. . It won’t be easy!!💯 . Some days you’ll be tired and won’t want to do anything. Exercise sucks at first. It takes about 2 weeks before it starts to get better but you still won’t want to do it. After a month it starts to become routine. You will feel the changes before you see them and it will be frustrating when the scale doesn't move. Right about when you want to quit, and you will want to at some point, you will have a breakthrough. 60 days in, you'll be surprised to find you're actually enjoying it. You'll start to look forward to seeing how far you can push yourself. There will be days you don't want to do it. Do it anyway, you'll feel better afterwards, I promise. It takes time to see the changes. Trust the process and keep going!!
