Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin 1 orange bell pepper, sliced thin 1 small red onion, sliced thin 1 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon of kosher salt several turns of freshly ground pepper 2 teaspoon of chili powder 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika lime fresh cilantro for garnish tortillas, warmed Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, shrimp, olive oil, salt and pepper and spices. Toss to combine. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Spread shrimp, bell peppers and onions on baking sheet. Cook at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes. Then turn oven to broil and cook for additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Squeeze juice from fresh lime over fajita mixture and top with fresh cilantro. Serve in warm tortillas. After such an emotionally exhausting day yesterday I NEED to get my workout in! Wesley had her first public meltdown. It was so bad I started to cry because I had never seen her that way and she was crying in a way I had never heard. We stayed long enough to say hello before sitting in the car for 30 minutes with an inconsolable baby. My body temperature started to rise as panic and self doubt came in. What is wrong with my baby?! Why can’t I figure it out?! I should be able to console her, I’m her mom?! Am I not good enough?! Insert tears! Insert emotional eating! Yep, I let me emotions get the best of me and I ate them. Chocolate shake and all. I have always been an emotional eater and from time to time in creeps back in. Like yesterday! But I woke up this morning with a clear mind and a happy baby ready for the new day! I made my Shakeology first thing with extra greens and got my 20 minute workout in. This will not make me a bad person, a lousy mom or a crappy coach. It makes me human. And sometimes humans just need a chocolate shake!

Growing up, I was NEVER a fan of lettuce. I would eat salads with a crap ton of dressing on them, and never eat a sandwich if it had lettuce on it BUT Travis and I went to a local restaurant when we were first in the area looking at houses, and I took the chance to order this burger there on a lettuce bun and oh my goodness, I WAS HOOKED!!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all know I love my carbs, and I am still eating plenty of them this week, but this is one meal that I don’t miss them in one bit! If the burgers are cooked right, the juices will seep into the lettuce and give it a ton of flavor!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ JALAPENO BURGERS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 lb. raw 95% lean ground sirloin 2 small jalapeños, seeds and veins removed, chopped 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt) 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper 4 slices medium tomato 4 butter (or Bibb) lettuce leaves 4 slices medium red onion Preheat grill or broiler on high. Combine sirloin, jalapeños, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into four patties. Grill or broil patties for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Serve each patty on a lettuce leaf. Top with one slice tomato and one slice onion.

** Diastasis Recti ** ⠀⠀ Abdominal separation after baby ⠀⠀ After my 3rd child I could never get my lower abs back. I tried everything nutrition, CrossFit, ab workouts and still nothing. ⠀⠀ I just accepted that I will never have lower abs. I did break in 2017 and I was lost for a whole year. It took me a long time to move on from my pain...I don't think I have fully healed yet, but much stronger than I was a few months ago. I about died the day my sister in law took this picture, she asked me to do a pull up and first thing I said was “I can’t do a real pull up!” But I did! Why did we decide to make the switch to camper living? . Well for us it really wasn’t even a choice! We move every 3-6 months for Noah’s job so it was a no brainer! No more packing our bags, no more living out of suitcases, no more pet deposits, no more double rent, no more short term leases -- we just hookup to our truck + go! . Is camper life glamorous? It’s amazing what a little self care can do for your mood. No daycare kiddos today which meant we got up, worked out, got B to preschool, Mooch had a snack and went down for a nap. I could have easily just laid around in the couch, but instead I decided to “treat” myself. I soaked in the bath, did some personal development, threw in a little bit of make up, and let my hair do whatever it wanted. I get so wrapped up in taking care of everyone else I easily forget to take time for myself.
