⌛CONSISTANCY. TIME. BALANCE ⚖️. . . #transformationtuesday . ⏩⏩ . .Left side is this morning (Nov 2018 at 168.8 lbs ) the right side is Dec 2017 at approximately 170 ish lbs. My body composition has completely changed since day one I can see that. . . . Very simply I want to say it takes TIME ⌛⌛⌛ to get where you want to be . That also goes with CONSISTANCY. Progress and results will come when your willing to take the time and be consistent. You DO NOT need to be perfect. I'm definitely not. But I hold myself accountable when and if I over indulge. Find the right BALANCE for you. Do what it takes for it to work for YOU. If you want a 🍪 have a damn cookie. . . . Just because flexible dieting and macros work for me doesn't mean it's gonna work for you. Find what does work for you based on your lifestyle. Find something you enjoy and continue with it. Your journey needs to be enjoyable and fun day in and day out.
