Dinner made in 35 minutes and it was ohhh so good. - Also... BIG deal here, we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow 👏🏼 that’s usually the goal when I cook dinner but the husband eats a good chunk of food ya know?? - All kudos to sweet potatoes and ground beef 😊 - I’m in my luteal phase and have definitely felt the cravings sneak in! Loading up on sweet potatoes and cucumbers for cravings and flushing out excess hormones! Also.. big luteal phase tip : make a huge batch of peppermint tea and sip on it throughout the day over ice! Soo good for digestion and cravings 👊🏼Making sure I slow things down a bit while giving my body what it needs as it prepares for that time of the month.
