I am very disappointed in your customer service. 8 days after my warranty expires on my printer my printer breaks. Your customer service department explains that it’s nothing they can do. That is unfair. Unfair that you don’t send out a warranty expiration notice but I get a notified to pay for your printer. People don’t have the resources to replace printers every year and it would be fair to make quality products that last longer.

I bought HP pavilion from less than 10 moths which is the worst laptop I ever bought in my life. After 6 months only the processor fan didn't work properly and was doing a lot of noise with high temp . It was fixed after 1 week by your service center : ensure. Now and after only 3 months the laptop is not working at all and your service center : ensure told me that you will change the motherboard of the laptop. This is unacceptable quality or service from one of the biggest companies in the world. I am even totally surprised how your company showing how much you are trying to maintain your reputation on the market among your competitors. I paid more than 3500 AED to get a nice laptop and by the end of the day I got that speechless quality.
