🍌 are awesome both pre & post run, especially an on the go snack if you can't fuel up directly after running. 🥚 , 🥑 on pumpkin bread is delicious plus delivers protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, whilst been wholesome and nutrient dense! If you're looking to 'treat yo self' I'd recommend @theotherside_espresso & @somedaycoffeeco depending on where you live.
