After 35 years, at the conclusion of our 2019-20 season, Music Director, Nicholas McGegan will retire. Hailed by The New York Times as helping to "make the West Coast a period-instrument power,” and by the San Francisco Chronicle as "perhaps the nation’s leading early-music orchestra,” Nic will take on a new role in the 20-21 season as Music Director Laureate. *Link in bio to press release #earlymusic #baroque #classicalmusic #musicdirector #sanfrancisco #artsandculture #joshuakosman @nytimes @coopnytimes @sfchronicle
