So i was thinking a while back i aways post photos where I look happy...well im not always happy and that is okay❤ an out of my comfort zone post but I just felt to share that some days can feel very daunting for everyone but that definitely doesn't define me as a person 🙏
The Reason I train my stamina, muscles, and my distance? Not to " just get in my exercise" It improves so much more than that. *It helps to relieve stress *burning calories *overall fitness *gives a feel-good feeling *improves mental health *keeps you away from getting lazy *good for long term health *balance out my fitness not just focusing on one thing And I can really go on 😂 Happy friyay !
That great feeling when everything is not perfect but you know you are on the right track 🙏 I have been talking to a few people and setting up goals with them, trying to first list stuff that can turn to what is holding them back to the why they need to succeed... And honestly, it breaks my heart to hear what people have to go through on a daily life. But it is so great to know that these people are taking action and using their downside to motivate them to do better in life, how amazing and inspiring that??

My prince prays to a King , that is what makes him even more amazing *Had a great cheat day, with a super yummy red velvet cheese cake 🙀* Btw i lllovveeee cheesecake and redvelet so this was so perfect! Stick to my lifestyle plan, then cheat days will feel amazing and you wouldn't guilt trip yourself for the following week , and that will help to stick to the plan consistntly.😉
Investing in your health ! I'm sure you have heard that phrases before? But what does it mean and why is it so important? Every single decision you make now affects your health down the road. Depending on that decision, it could be the difference between debilitating health issues and a relatively healthy retirement where you can stay active and not run up huge health bills. According to an article from The Wall Street Journal, the average individual will rack of $220,000 worth of health expenses in retirement. That’s a lot of money! Keep in mind this is the USA but this just shows the big impact of it. Now think about what may happen if you don’t take care of your body. That $220,000 number can climb up even more. And health care spending is expected to grow at a considerable rate in the coming years. It’s already skyrocketed. Are you willing to deal with the health consequences of not taking care of yourself now? Are you ready to literally pay the price? You are what you eat Healthy living starts with a solid diet. Have you ever heard that saying “You are what you eat?” Probably. Eat a crappy diet and honestly you feel pretty bad throughout the day. You may not even realize it though because that’s all you’ve ever known. Because Its much more cheaper to eat a sugary ceral .... You are probably saving money in the moment and hey, who doesn’t love some of those foods? Being young, and active, with a good body makes you feel oky with a bad diet.. Well, I ended up making a lifestyle change because I knew in theory that a changed diet/lifestylwould be healthier. Side note: a lifestyle change is much more effective than going on a diet. Part of my change was cutting out the vast majority of added sugars in my diet. As a result, cereal is gone. So are supposed “health” bars, random snacks, bagels and more. And now I feel great. I would have never thought I felt so bad beforehand, but making a simple diet change ended up having a huge impact. If you are questioning whether or not it is worth it, I challenge you to try my 21day challenge or even take it for 3months cause that is where real results start showing...
Okay so I'm going to do some real talk, most of you know that I neglected my body for 2months at my previous job due to the working hours ...lame excuse and I'm working on my body now to get it back in shape. Now most people really dont care about their health in winter as it is soooo easy to hide it under a bunch of clothing ! And BOOM summer comes and you run to a quick fix diet where firstly it is super unhealthy and secondly you just gain it all back afterwards. Don't be that person...start working on your body now. This longer you wait the harder you have to work to reach your goals... You know the drill.. Send me a dm so that i can help you ❤

Wow .....he is handsome🙀 Him dragging me up a hill because I'm super stiff after yesterdays training 😂 but 8km done and dusted 🍁 Nothing will stop us this winter from running...well kinda friendly forced because we are doing a tuff 21km in the Kruger in August so we have to be ready🙊 but we got this!
