Our debut cookbook is now out globally and I’m still over the moon. It’s my first outing as an art director and I couldn’t have done it without the best team. Big love to my all-time fave partners in crime @k_kristoffersen, @polinabachlakova, @simonperezfood, @simon_caspersen, @basvandepoel, @mikewittrup and the rest of the @space10_journal family. You can buy it online here https://gumroad.com/l/vlpUj or in selected bookstores. This view. Could stare at the mountains for hours, watching the clouds pass by and the weather changing. It looks different all the time and I want to capture it all. I catch myself taking endless amounts of pictures but a voice inside me tells me that I should just enjoy the moment. Everything is in constant flux, always. Sometimes it’s difficult to accept in the moment but it’s meant to be. Thank you @wander___boy for bringing me to heaven on earth @cabaneduval 💙 #cabinlove
Dear contributors, partners and friends of Sindroms. After three beautiful years of being Editor in Chief at @sindroms_ and shaping the magazine from its very first issue, I have decided to follow my heart and part ways with the team. Its probably been one of the hardest decisions so far—but deep down I know it’s the right one. Looking back, it’s been a crazy ride. I’ve learned a lot and I’m proud of how far we’ve come with Sindroms after releasing three, self-published issues. I feel very lucky to have worked with incredible writers, artists and creative minds that helped us unfold our red, yellow and white vision—and I hope that all these beautiful bonds will continue in the future. I have a lot of respect for all the time and effort that was put into producing content and visuals for us, especially in an industry that doesn’t always respect the human behind the work. I am forever grateful and hope that one day soon, this industry will change. I don’t ever want to romanticise this—and hope that in the future, we can collectively alter this. Working in this industry is not always as glamorous as it might look like, and I’m very passionate about spreading this message. But, this is not a goodbye letter. I hope that I will be able to work with you for other projects or as part of my work as Visual Editor at SPACE10 @space10_journal . We’ll be releasing a lot of crazy and exciting projects this year and I feel super privileged to be a part of this talented bunch of people. If you ever want to chat or meet for a coffee, you know where to find me. For now, I have only one thing in mind: thank you for everything. I can’t wait to see what the next colour of sindroms will be—for the first time, I have absolutely no idea. M X [Photo by @juliebjarnhoff]
