Gears 40ml Michter’s US*1 Bourbon 5ml Islay Whisky 40ml cranberry juice 2 dashes citric acid 45ml cherry and pineapple tonic Stir well and serve in a wine glass, garnish with an olive and a cherry.

"Wobblypops" created by @oldgrayrabbit and available at @eatwilfreds in Edmonton. 📸 @theshaunhicks Wobblypops 1.5oz of Michter’s US*1 Sour Mash 1.5oz corn pop milk punch (recipe below) 2 dashes Angostura bitters Combine all of the above in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir until it is chilled and diluted. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with corn pops on a cocktail pick. Corn pop milk punch: 500ml Michter’s US*1 Sour Mash 250ml lemon juice 250ml simple syrup 150ml heavy cream. Rest for 30 minutes to allow the cream to separate. Pour mixture through cheesecloth until it runs clear. Once fully clarified, add 1 cup corn pops and infuse overnight. Strain infused milk punch and bottle. (This will last indefinitely.)
