Kowa recommends the use of a protective filter to protect a #Kowaspotting scope. All Kowa spotting scopes are conveniently fitted with a filter ring except TSN-500 series (a feature often not included in other manufacturers models) allowing the connection of a filter. This low cost accessory will help drastically reduce the risk of objective lens damage, avoid costly repairs and ultimately prolong the life and enjoyment of your spotting scope. Check out this useful graphic to help you identify the filter thread size of your #Kowa scope.
Did you know your #Kowa spotting scope features a filter ring? (Except TSN-500 series) this feature is often not included in many other manufacturer's models - #Kowa believes the addition of a filter is perfect protection for your #Kowa spotting scope against the elements and will prolong the life of your scope.
