Say good-bye to slipping armbands and bouncing belts from heavy phones and hello to a simple, sweat-resistant pouch that slips inside the back of your sports bra and doesn't move even when you do.
#mood.⠀ ⠀ These are available for pre-order and 100% of the profits will be donated to the ACLU.⠀ ⠀ Select your Koala Clip base color - and then this is listed as option in the mantra add-ons after you add your Koala Clip to the cart. LUX will ship when they arrive in June. ⠀ ⠀ PS - the actual print application is in white.
Koala Clip has uses far beyond what our founder originally had in mind.⠀ ⠀ @joluvz2run carries her phone in a koala clip stuck down the front of her bra. @run_jasmine_run carries her fuel and salt tabs in her koala clip in the front of her bra when her racing briefs had no pockets.⠀ ⠀ While Koala Clip was created out of our founder's desire to carry her phone comfortably and out of the way while running, these two women show koala clip works not just in the back of your sports but can be worn in the front of your sports bra.⠀ ⠀ So if you wear one of the few bras that doesn't work with kc - like Brooks Jubralee or Lululemon Enlight - this might be an option to try out.
On today's #womancrushwednesday is @doctor_love87.⠀ ⠀ Andrea just completed her first 50K ultramarathon over the weekend, two weeks after running the Big Sur Marathon. And balances all her long-distance running with yoga. Andrea is also an ambassador for the rad group @run4allwomen.⠀ ⠀ Share some love with Andrea congratulating her on her big 50k completion.
Has anyone else watched A Star is Born?⠀ ⠀ We finally watched it over the weekend and I'm still processing it. There is one line in the film that I keep coming back to:⠀ ⠀ 'Look, talent comes everywhere, but having something to say and a way to say it so that people listen to it, that’s a whole other bag. And unless you get out and you try to do it, you’ll never know.' - Jack⠀ ⠀ This message is not just about being an artist. It's about living your best life. No one else can do it for you. It's a choice we each get to make. Doing the best we can, appreciating what we have, hustling our asses off, and putting ourselves out there - be it racing, school, business, or work. Showing up and getting out there to share your special spark, it is scary. But if it wasn't, would it be worth it?
A quick core workout to gain core stability and functionality... Gaining back core strength and functionality after my second kid has been a personal challenge. I found a few things that helped get me on the right path: 1. Visit with Pelvic Floor PT. 2. Learn how to activate your core correctly (I used @recorefitness 6 week online program). 3. Consistency is key. If I take off a few days in a row, I can tell right away in the appearance of my DR (diastasis recti) and general core strength. 4. Acceptance that no amount of work is going to make my stomach look like it did before kids. Here is a 10-12 minute routine that is my go-to when I am adding some core to the end of a run or I realize at the end of the day I haven't done anything yet. This routine is not ground breaking but if you are looking to learn how to use your core properly and reactive your deep core muscles doing this routine consistently will help. 1. Marching legs (20 each side). 2. Dead bug (10 each side). 3. Side Plank side one (30 seconds) 4. Bird Dog (10 each side). 5. Side Plank side two (30 seconds) Don't rush the marching legs, dead bug or bird dog. Engage your core and go through the movements slowly, connecting the movement to your breathe. Repeat one more time. Videos in next images of the moves. Ask any questions and tag a friend who might need a core jumpstart.
To all the mamas out there, my your day be filled with coffee, hugs, and lots of miles.⠀ ⠀ To the women who are longing for motherhood and to the moms who have lost, just sending you a note of love and support as we see you, even if this day doesn't feel that way. ❤️ 💙 💚 💛 💜 💗
Our goal = more finish lines like this. ⠀ ⠀ Two fierce women giving it their all, comfortable and safe with their koala clip and phone tucked in behind them. ⠀ ⠀ 📷 @tinamuir88 and @hungryrunnergirl giving each other a run for their money at the Indy mini, supporting, encouraging, and running fast to the finish with each other.
Thanks for the review Jen G, and boy we are thankful you are safe after that one.⠀ ⠀ "I knew the koala clip was a game changer as it has served me well in training and all my recent half-marathons.⠀ ⠀ The true test came a couple of weeks ago during the Ragnar Virginia Trail Relay race weekend. I was out, deep in the woods on my most technical loop. Gear is SUPER important during trail running - you gotta be comfortable with what you have and be able to rely on it. I carry my phone (wireless ear buds in one ear), hair tie and a whistle all in my Koala Clip - feels like I'm carrying nothing and when I strap it on I feel like a ninja warrior!!.⠀ ⠀ During this race, I was caught out in a severe storm that shut the entire race down for hours. We're talking, lightning, rain from every angle and mud mud mud everywhere. What trails??? All I saw were muddy streams of water. I made it through to the end, soaked and muddy and guess what?? The trusty Koala Clip kept all my gear dry and safe. I was shocked and also gratified as I was able to call for transport."
Add a pop of color to your Koala Clip with a fun contrast clip. The Koala Clip pouch is our Bold Blue color but we can customize the clip to give you a fun twist. Available for limited time.
