"Running has always been a relief and a sanctuary—something that makes me feel good, both physically and mentally. For me, it's not so much about the health benefits. Those are great, but I believe that the best thing about running is the joy it brings to life." -@karagoucher. Feeling so much gratitude and appreciation to be back up at the crack of dawn logging miles. But mostly I'm happy to have my stress-reliever back in my life. #runlove #earlyriser #morningrunner #koalaclip
Just a friendly reminder to enjoy the process. Race day is fun - but every step that led you to that moment is just as important. 🌠 🌠 🌠

Finish line photos - just you, what you have left in the tank and some enthusiastic onlookers. What you don’t see - a waist belt that has migrated up to her boobs or big a*% armband dominating the picture. @nebraskarunner carries her phone in a Koala Clip. That discreet clip at the base of her neck is keeping her phone secure - no bouncing or chaffing - and protected from water cup pours and sweat. #koalaclip #keepitsimple #motherrunner #runmamarun

“Do one thing a day that scares you” -Eleanor Roosevelt This week I agreed to do something that is so far outside my comfort zone. I can’t share details yet of it - but let’s just say for someone who doesn’t crave the spotlight, this is going to take every ounce of my focus to do. But why would I sign up for something that scares me? I truly believe growth can’t come from sticking within my comfort zone. From life to business to sport, we need to push the boundaries of what we are capable of achieving and doing. Will I be great at this the first time? Probably not. But that is ok. If I have learned anything from this past year, it’s ok to suck the first time. When was the last time you tried something new even if failure was a possibility?
Koala Clip works well if you wear just a sports bra or layered under a tank (or many layers in the winter). @frekles827 @courtneyfairchild @kateaspell demonstrating no need to run in just a sports bra to use a Koala Clip. This has been a common misunderstanding from several people recently - just wanted to make it clear since most images I share are of women in a sports bra. That is just because it best shows the pouch in use and is by no means limiting its use. It’s Tuesday! Let do the damn thing.
Take the road less traveled, Take the long way round, Let your life unravel, as you cover that ground Ride high in the saddle, face the world alone. Take the road less traveled and find your own way home. -Grace Connors
For those of you new around here - I’m Kristina the woman behind @koalaclip. This little idea came to me in the middle of a long run. I came home determined to make a design work and solve my problem to comfortably carry my phone without letting it distract or irritate. I bought a sewing machine and using YouTube figured out how to sew to bring this to life. 💥💥💥 This idea went from a crazy idea I shared with a couple friends to now something thousands of women have turned to, to solve their problem of how to carry their phone. 💥💥💥 Dreams don’t happen over night - but don’t give up on an idea. Hustle, work, and believe. #ibelieveinyou #wevegotyourback
Remember - we’ve got your back. 💥 And to the countless women you have listened, supported, tested, and gave feedback during the last year of this little endeavor - THANK YOU - you are my tribe. Who knows where this little business is going - but you all were and are my inspiration.
Running at its simplest is an easy activity. Just a pair or sneakers and moving one foot in front of the other. We add layers, more complications, more thinking as we mature and grow as runners. Tempo runs and track workouts, long slow runs vrs long runs with workouts. Each adding more to our potential and strength. But at its core - it’s still the same simple activity we took up before gps watches and coaches and shoes that promise a 2% boost. Remember that on race day - it’s just you and the work you have put in. Just moving one foot in front of the other as fast as you are capable of that day. 💥💥💥
Another happy runner. Hundreds of reviews online - link in bio. Don’t take my word for it, take theirs. ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
