Bread Crumbs Oil for Shallow frying Method: 1. Take a pressure cooker add minced meat, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, enough water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles. 2. Take a wide sause pan add oil, fennel seeds, garlic, ginger, green chilly, onion, curry leaves and saute well. 3. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix it well. 4. Add the pressure cooked meat to mixture. Cook till the water get evaporates. 5. Add chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down. 6. Keep a beaten egg and bread crumbs aside. 7. Make an even sized patty from the meat mix. 8. Dip the patty in beaten egg. 9. Gently roll it on bread crumbs. 10. Refrigerate the patties for 10 minutes. 11. Heat oil and shallow fry cutlets on both the sides Yummy Mutton cutlet is ready to taste!

Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside 2. Crush the cornflakes coarsely and keep it aside 3. In a bowl, mix maida, cornflour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, pepper powder, salt 4. Mix everything well and gradually add water to make a batter 5. Now, dip the paneer pieces in the batter and coat them with the crushed cornflakes 6. Heat some oil for deep frying 7. Once the oil is heated up, slowly add the paneer pieces into the hot oil 8. Fry them till they turn golden brown in color 9. The Paneer Popcorns are done, serve them hot. To make Spicy Mayo Dip 1. To the mayonnaise, add chili sauce, italian seasoning, salt and mix well 2. Pour enough water and pressure cook the raw mango for about 5 to 6 whistles. 2. Remove the skin and chop the mango. 3. Blend it to a fine puree. Add water if required. 4. To melt the jaggery - Ratio - 1/2 cup of mango puree to one cup of jaggery. (1:2).Once melted, strain the jaggery. Note : The jaggery has to be melted to remove any dirt or impurities. 5. To make the concentrate for the aam panna - Stir the raw mango puree and the melted jaggery together, add 1 tsp of roughly pound peppercorns, Cardamom pods, 1 tsp of pound cumin powder, 1 tsp of black salt (kaala namak). 6. Mix everything and give a quick stir. 7. Switch off the stove. Stir for a few minutes to dissolve the lumps in the mango purree. 8. Cool the mixture. Bottle it and use it when you want to make the drink. For Serving: 1. Take a desired amount of aam panna and pour enough water. Mix it well. 2. Take few ice cubes in a mason jar or any tall glass. 3. Add few mint leaves and fill the jar/glass with aam panna. Refreshing aam panna is ready to taste.

Take a glass jar, add 1 cup (250 ml) of Semolina (fine rava), 1 cup of Sugar, 1 tsp of Baking powder and give it a quick mix. 2. Add 1 cup of whisked Curd, 1/2 cup of milk and mix dry and wet ingredients together with 1/2 cup of melted butter. 3. Now, add 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence and mix it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes. 4. Take a cake tin. Grease it with little butter and dust with little all-purpose flour and coat the tin with the flour. 5. Pour the mixed batter into the cake tin. 6. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 180 degrees. 7. For Sugar syrup. Boil 1 cup of water in a pot, add 3/4 cup of Sugar, 1 pc of Cinnamon and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame. 8. Turn off the stove now and add few drops of rose essence. 9. Bring to room temperature and strain the sugar syrup into a bowl. 10. Pour the sugar syrup over the cake and let it sit for 1 hour. 11. Garnish with little-toasted almond slices and coconut pieces. Basbousa Cake is ready to serve.

You can store these in an airtight container for about 2 -3 days.
