@singlehotmessmomma Andi is someone who has struggled with her weight her entire life. After her second pregnancy she went from 157 to 200lbs. By the time her husband left her, she weighed 387lbs. Not being able to recognize the woman looking back at her in the mirror, she felt depressed, exhausted and self hatred. One day she decided to make a change by going on walks every day and healthier food choices. She had lost almost 100lbs in one year on her own!! Later on she started working at a gym and signed up with a personal trainer, getting more results, strength and motivation. Now weighing in at 219, she still battles with her weight and the everyday challenges of being a busy single mom of two. She now realizes the importance of taking time for yourself and the good impact it has on not only herself but her kids as well. This is a truly inspiring woman! Sometimes we just need to remember that we can push through. Not always is it our bodies that are stopping us but usually our minds. Get past whats holding you back and push forward to what bring the lights. You are stronger than you ever could imagine
With this new month ahead... take a moment to really breath and reflect. Not only is the start of a new month here but the start of a new season around the corner!! A season where the sun shine is stronger and starts to help new things blossom and bloom. Let yourself create something new in you ... that can begin to blossom too!!!
How many of us moms forget to take the moment and take in the laughter with our kids? How many of us forget to enjoy and and dance with them? I know i do... fitness , health and happiness included our kids. Lets not forget that !!!
