My garden is growing. There’s still no grass and I never got around to laying down the gravel. And tomorrow before it’s light enough to check on the sunflowers and the watermelon, I’ll be on the road back to Utah for another gorgeous ride with my Yellowstone family. So tonight I give thanks, for the rain, for the loves in my life, for the baby goat that’s kept me sane in the face of waiting for the next thing to happen, for the badass agent and manager who have given me some new grit, for the teachers who have gotten me this far, for my horses and this land, and the husband and son who give me the courage and the wind to live like a gypsy and make art where it finds me. #homeontherange #ontheroadagain
Four years ago still seems like yesterday. I love you Pops. Your wisdom, wit and curiosity remain guiding forces in my life. I miss you always.
