Woke up craving cooked greens. Made a large pot of collards, green and red cabbage. Used bullion, garlic, onion, and crushed red pepper. Just what I needed.
Making myself some chickpea meatballs. So delicious! Might add them to the menu soon customers.
Confession: I can eat grits all day everyday. Even with roasted vegetables for lunch or dinner. How do you like your grits?

After I cook for customers I cook for family. Once a year I make there 4 hour rolls. 8dz and I'm done.
