Sometimes I feel like a fraud. In one moment I can be so strong, so confident.. and then something triggers me and I go back to a past fear. ✈️I had the worst travel day ever. Stuck on stand by, had to re book a whole other flight on another airline and was treated terrible. I felt helpless, I was acting like a victim. It took a while to get out of this mindset but I did it. I was tested. ✨What’s funny is I’m empowering 1000 women this weekend on confidence , loving who you are, flaws and all.. while here I am today completely acting like a victim, crying my eyes out at the airport. We are not perfect and the best part is.. I can look back at myself today and laugh because everything always works out. Even if you have to kick open a door. or in my case book a southwest flight😉
Over the last year I have had extreme breakthroughs in my emotional health, my spiritual growth, my leadership, my financial life, and my marriage.. however my working out has been off and on and I’ve enjoyed way more food than ever before. Excited to take my health more seriously and change things up. Something what used to work, just doesn’t work anymore. I need a higher level of accountability than I used to and that’s okay. Good think I’m speaking at @ladyboss Live this weekend to help kickstart it:)
Does anyone like being patient ? Yeah me either.. But you know what? It freaking WORKS!! Things take time to grow. Enjoy every moment and one day you will look around you and see the thing that was a small seed is now a tree🙏🏼 This past weekend at Thrive 4 with @colehatter @sanjahatter showed me that. My life looks completely different compared to Thrive 1 thanks to hard work and patience 👊🏼 Be patient. -Amanda Bayerle

When I was in 4th grade my parents put me in speech club. I had to memorize a HUGE passage of scripture and present it to the whole school. I studied every night for hours, Practicing and practicing. I’m so glad my parents pushed me into public speaking because it has led me to speaking in churches in America and around the world, at business conferences, at women’s events.. And now this practice has led me to now speaking in front of 1000 women in October and 5000 people in February. Don’t ever think people just wake up being successful. It takes refining a gift. It takes practice. It takes getting yourself out there and going for it. They say always bet on the jockey, not the horse for a reason. You are the jockey of your own life, bet on yourself everyday.
Thankful to have a man who empowers me to go and speak. Thankful for all of the struggles I have gone through so I can share my story and help others🙏🏼
Experiences make life so much fun. We had an Italian chef come to our house and make us dinner 🎉
