Today we have a powerful story from @dkfit__ ❤️❤️ we hope her story of overcoming loss and persevering will be inspiring to you! “Initially, I started my fitness journey because of an unfortunate situation. I was overweight and became pregnant. There are many women who can be overweight and carry babies with no problem but that wasn’t the case for me. Due to my weight, I had unhealthy habits and developed a health condition in which made me lose my child. When doctors told me that basically had I not been overweight I would have had a better chance with the pregnancy I went into depression. It was then I realized I needed to change my lifestyle. I changed everything about myself from the way I ate, started taking vitamins and working out consistently 5x a week with 2 rest days. Food decisions were always the toughest thing for me to tackle. Once I really learned how to eat properly for health and fuel, the weight started to fall off. I overcame bad eating habits by setting a routine and sticking to it. Understanding what my body needed to run smoothly, cutting out all bad things. I allowed myself a cheat day but never allowed myself to over indulge.” We deeply appreciate @dkfit__ for her willingness to share her story with us. Please continue to show her love and support as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals.

And I wanted to start taking my health a lot more serious before I turned 30. So I drove around my neighborhood looking for trainers. I stumbled across Bossletic Fitness and that’s where I met my old trainer Pico. My toughest obstacle has been my eating habits it’s something I still struggle with but I’m getting better.” Please continue to show love and support to @vedamariemack as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!
Good morning!! Here at @all_natural_fitness we love to highlight positive role models and share their story of how they achieved results naturally. Today we are happy to share the story of @vickinosecrets ❤️❤️ “My sons are my reasons for finally making a change to be healthier after being overweight my entire life. I made a goal to lose weight for my wedding in early 2017 but I let "obstacles", such as lack of time, act as excuses for why I couldn’t lose weight. Eventually I gave up the excuses and stuck to a healthier lifestyle. I cut out white bread/pasta/rice, stopped eating beef/pork, & drank LOTS of water along with eating LOTS of veggies & fruits. I also made time to be more active by exercising 5 days a week doing cardio & strength training. In over a year I lost a total of 130lbs. Now I want to help others in their journeys by showing them that nothing is impossible unless you make it impossible. The body achieves what the mind believes & I’m proof of that!” Please continue to show love and support to @vickinosecrets as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!

Good morning everyone!! Today we are proud to bring you some motivation from @fee_the_dawn 🔥🔥When we had the opportunity to interview @fee_the_dawn we asked about the toughest obstacles she overcame on her fitness journey. “For me it was my eating habits and ofcourse the working out 3-5 times a week. I had all the time in the world when all I was doing was personal training but now I have to find the time to get into the gym and make sure I eat properly. So what I’ve been doing is The Whole 30 - that book helped me a lot. Going to get these meal preps done at places like Clean Eats - Clean Eats helped me a lot to make that gain. And also, sucking that sh*t up and going to the gym. After I get off work I know I’m tired, but I know what my goal is - I know my ultimate goal. So my passion outweighed my excuses and that is the goal. No excuses - no regrets, stay consistent and have your passion outweigh your excuses.” Please continue to show love to @fee_the_dawn as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals. Good morning everyone!!! Today we have an encouraging natural transformation story from @beautysthename ❤️❤️ We hope you are blessed by her natural transformation tips and lessons learned!! “Who would’ve thought a trip to Miami for my 21st birthday would change my life forever? My name is Jelissa, and I am the Owner of F.L.Y. Fitness LLC. Year 2012: I was 20 years old weighing 210 lbs the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life and I knew I needed to change. I dropped 50 lbs, went on my trip, and was right back where I started. My mindset like others, workout in the winter to get that summer body, then back to my old lifestyle just to do it all over again. I did this for 3 years until one day I made the decision to make this my lifestyle and here I am today! 🙂 One of the hardest thing I discovered in this journey honestly was learning how to balance. There are so many ins and outs in this journey and if you are not mentally prepared or understand the importance of how to balance it all, it can become hectic and overwhelming. Few things that has helped me: •(F.L.Y.)First Love Yourself- No matter where you are in this journey you are most important, love yourself! 🦋 •Decide- Mentally began to prepare yourself for this journey. If you think it you can achieve it. •Set Goals- Envision where you see yourself at 3, 6, 9 months, & 1 year from now and write them down! •Create the plan- Determine a workout schedule that works around your daily life & also creating a food plan to be sure you on track. (80/20 rule) •Research- Don’t be afraid to try new things! Figure out what work best for you and give it a go! •Execute- Once you complete these steps now it’s time to do the work. Understanding you will have good days, you will have down days. You are human you will make mistakes. Just don’t quit! (That’s really the secret) 😌 •Lastly, make it fun- the fastest way a lot of people give up on this journey is because they do not enjoy it or it becomes boring. Switch up your workouts, try a class, find a partner, PT etc. and keep it fun for you.” Please continue to show love and support to @beautysthename as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!
