Good morning! Today we have the inspirational natural fitness transformation story from @fit.chick_britt ❤️❤️ “My name is Brittnee, I’m 35 and a single mom of 2. I’m a Speciality Court Professional of 15 years. And I’m working on building a real estate business too! In all of that my favorite hobby and passion is fitness and working towards my idea of perfection. I started my journey six years ago. I weighed 275 pounds at 5’6″, and my medical problems were mounting. Everything from high blood pressure to high cholesterol, to depression and anxiety, were part of my daily struggle. At this point, I was a mother of two kids (1 of which was a newborn). I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, self esteem, self worth insecurities, and an eating disorder since I was a teenager. It wasn’t until I pregnant with my son - having a lot of complications with my pregnancy - that I accepted that I had put myself and my son in this situation. It was in that same moment that I promised myself that I’d also get myself out of it. After having him, I started with the only thing I knew. I started walking my neighborhood. One block turned into two blocks. Eventually, I was comfortable enough with going to the gym. To embarrassed and unsure of what to do when I got there, I would only go late at night and only get on the cardio equipment. Eventually, I joined a fitness studio. It was here, that my love for fitness flourished. I attended boot camp/HIIT classes. The weight was dropping off and I learned to eat healthy and exercise to fit my goals. My starting weight was 275lbs and today I weigh 185lbs. Initially the hardest part was consistency. I hated working out at first. It hurt, I was sweaty, and exhausted after. Today, consistency is still tough - mainly because, like most of us, I’m a busy mom. But, I’ve learned to love the sweat, the push, and of course the results!” Please continue to show love and support to @fit.chick_britt as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!
Good morning everyone! Today we have some inspiration from @shejaginspires ❤️❤️ “I have always had an interest in Fitness. Even as a teen I had magazine pictures of female bodybuilders on my wall for inspiration. Unfortunately I had no idea that I would end up being so far from that. Due to hypothyroidism combined with poor choices, I actually ended up being morbidly obese where I remained or two decades. Thanks to my physicians help, I beat obesity and delved into the fitness world. Beating obesity has been the toughest obstacle to overcome because it is ongoing. Now that I have educated myself on what's best for my body I am better able to have the body in the health that I desire. I'm grateful that I loved myself enough to do what was necessary to save my own life. I am proof that even in your 50s, you can change and grow.” Please continue to show love and support to @shejaginspires as she pursues her health and wellness goals.

Today we have an inspiring story from @iamdaneita ❤️❤️ We hope her natural fitness journey can be a blessing to you!! You are not alone - follow real role models who are committed to the process. “2016 was the beginning of me seriously starting my fitness journey. I gained OVER 15lbs and gave up on myself (I just wasn't in a happy place). Almost hitting 180lbs by the end of 2017 was definitely my wake up call. That’s when I realize it was a time for a change. The hardest obstacle I ran into during my fitness journey was being patient with myself. A lot of times we set goals and only look at the goal and we fail to enjoy the process. I had moments where I wanted to give up because not giving myself time to reach a weight # “goal”. Just have to keep in mind you didn’t put it on overnight, so it’s not going to disappear overnight. I feel I’m still overcoming obstacles with my fitness goals because just like weight, emotions change also. One day you can feel on top of the world, and the next be at your lowest. So my way to overcame my obstacles is taking it all one day at a time. Set goals, and start off with small ones. I set 3 fitness goals a day (write them down) whether that’s me focusing on my water intake, carb intake, or workouts.” Please continue to follow and support @iamdaneita as she continues to pursue her health/wellness goals!
Today we are happy to share some inspiration from one of our brand ambassadors ➡️ @jenniie_fit ❤️❤️ “My original goal was honestly to be able to fit in clothes I could not wear before. What most deceiving when you can’t find your size because you are to FAT? My biggest challenge was to actually go to the gym I used to HATE the gym I was out of breath for nothing. I cannot even do the stair master for more than 5 minutes. But I didn’t give up I started to write down every single workout to eventually notice progress I was able to do the stair master for 15 minutes. Small progress like this motivated me to never give up. I would tell people to never give up even if it seems impossible, hard work will eventually pays off.” @jenniie_fit has lost over 75lbs naturally and we encourage all of you to follow her amazing page for inspiring and informative content! She is a real role model that shows that hard work and consistency pays off! #sqautsnotshots outfit available in our store 🛒🛒

Good morning everyone!!! Today we have an encouraging natural transformation story from @beautysthename ❤️❤️ We hope you are blessed by her natural transformation tips and lessons learned!! “Who would’ve thought a trip to Miami for my 21st birthday would change my life forever? My name is Jelissa, and I am the Owner of F.L.Y. Fitness LLC. Year 2012: I was 20 years old weighing 210 lbs the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life and I knew I needed to change. I dropped 50 lbs, went on my trip, and was right back where I started. My mindset like others, workout in the winter to get that summer body, then back to my old lifestyle just to do it all over again. I did this for 3 years until one day I made the decision to make this my lifestyle and here I am today! 🙂 One of the hardest thing I discovered in this journey honestly was learning how to balance. There are so many ins and outs in this journey and if you are not mentally prepared or understand the importance of how to balance it all, it can become hectic and overwhelming. Few things that has helped me: •(F.L.Y.)First Love Yourself- No matter where you are in this journey you are most important, love yourself! 🦋 •Decide- Mentally began to prepare yourself for this journey. If you think it you can achieve it. •Set Goals- Envision where you see yourself at 3, 6, 9 months, & 1 year from now and write them down! •Create the plan- Determine a workout schedule that works around your daily life & also creating a food plan to be sure you on track. (80/20 rule) •Research- Don’t be afraid to try new things! Figure out what work best for you and give it a go! •Execute- Once you complete these steps now it’s time to do the work. Understanding you will have good days, you will have down days. You are human you will make mistakes. Just don’t quit! (That’s really the secret) 😌 •Lastly, make it fun- the fastest way a lot of people give up on this journey is because they do not enjoy it or it becomes boring. Switch up your workouts, try a class, find a partner, PT etc. and keep it fun for you.” Please continue to show love and support to @beautysthename as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!
Today at @all_natural_fitness we are proud to share the inspirational journey of @iamrayysyymone ❤️❤️❤️”I started off getting a personal trainer after being hospitalized for my weight. My DR started me off on a weight loss pill that stopped working.. so I had to work harder to get the weight off. I stopped eating meat & became vegan. I had a hard time cutting fast food, over loads of carbs & sugars. I am now a certified personal trainer & here to help motivate and encourage many others to do it the healthy way.” Please continue to show love and support to @iamrayysyymone as she continues to pursue her health and wellness goals!
