Searching for ways that you can contribute to creating change on this planet that has the potential to impact the OTHER lives that reside on it. Sure, you can donate money to a charity; that may help reduce famine on this planet, you can fly over mountains and seas to serve a plate of hot food to others in need. Those are all admirable gestures and shouldn't be discounted..but the hard truth...is that those gestures are short lived contributions and not long term solutions. Be a leader, stay conscious of how your decisions affect others on this planet. If you'd like to help fill someone else's plate..change your own plate...stop investing your money and creating demand in an industry that doesn't care about you, your health or others welfare. Stop feeding into to these systems...stay conscious of all of your actions...even your plate.

Since Brody has changed his eating habits I have been trying a lot of new recipes. I bought a spaghetti squash this week having no idea what to do with it. Just cutting into the thing was intimidating. After a phone consult with @ashleyberquist and having @luvlylauria take a peek while it was baking I felt confident it wouldn't taste terrible!! 😂I roasted the seeds because it smelled just like a pumpkin and I threw some peppers and zucchini on the sheet pan. Yum!! If you want to feel like a veggie boss in the kitchen try to make some spaghetti squash. -cut squash in half lengthwise -salt pepper and okie oil the flesh side -put flesh side down in the sheet pan. -roast for 30-40 minutes on 400F. -I used a fork to turn it into spaghettis and topped with roasted veggies!
