To keep the positive vibes flowing in we are now incorporating a 30 Minute Meditation Class every Monday morning at our office. Simply show up and we will hold the space for you to get your mind game strong! Both beginners and those who are experienced are welcome! Our classes will begin with a short introduction leading into a 10, 15 or 20 minute meditation and concluding with 5 - 10 minutes of time for you to choose how you wish to spend it. Here are some of our suggestions on how to spend your remaining time - Lay in peace and doze off, hop into our hammock chair and flip through one of our motivational books, or you can choose to get your positive affirmation writing in (technique taught in our Foundations Workshop). Roses vibrate at a high frequency - the highest of any flower on earth. Just smelling a rose can lift ones spirit! We talk a lot about positive vibes = positive lives in our Workshops so keep these sweet flowers near by to uplift your vibrational field. We can view the rose as a symbol of balance - having both a soft & elegant side (their petals) and a defense side (their thorns). They understand that to be beautiful they must create boundaries by protecting themselves. We can transfer the qualities of the rose into our own lives by setting up the boundaries we need in order to be our most beautiful selves. Find comfort in the rose and know that it is ok to set boundaries. Not sure on the boundaries you need to set? Pay attention to how you act and feel in certain environments. Maybe the boundaries you need to set are within yourself- i.e. You know you need adequate sleep and a healthy diet to be your best. Whatever it may be find your balance 🌹. Our first #femininetribe Seminar came to completion on Sunday and I feel thankful as this is just the beginning! This video is a ceremonial burning of all the "stuff" than no longer serves the lives of the women in our tribe. It represents the releasing of fear, old beliefs, regret, anger, guilt and judgement. I'm thankful to those women who showed up and are choosing to live their lives in power and love! 🔥 Today is a day of love, it's a day where we tend to put our "stuff" to the side and open our hearts to fully appreciate those around us. What if we did that everyday? Letting our fears, worry, anger and resentment be burned up and lifted into the sky. In all aspects of life. One thing I CAN control, that at one point I never thought I could, is what I put in my body. I've always loved food, let's be real! But I've fallen even more in love with discovering new foods and how they can truly benefit us! Lots of things in progress on this end and hoping to put more out here soon so that I can share my passion and knowledge with as many people that are willing to listen! In Switzerland, every Sunday of the month of December is counted, and in some households - celebrated. Today’s the 2nd Advent I’m grateful for the feeling of togetherness and community. As I sit here in this beautiful space (designed by the very talented @stacysimmons_ ) working on my blog (that I'm FINALLY going to publish next month) I'm making a list of small things I can do more often to create a stronger, more compassionate, better connected world around me. One of those things is saying "hello" to people more often. We're all in such a damn hurry all the time that we often forget how the simple act of saying hello to someone - your mailman, a lady you pass at the grocery store, the person who takes your coffee order in the morning, someone sitting alone out to lunch - can change the trajectory of their (or your) day.
