As we near our final service on Saturday, we’re overwhelmed by the kind words of support from all of you, our friends. You shared in our excitement at the opening and you’re celebrating with us as we say farewell. While it feels all too brief, it was a hell of a ride....and we’ve still got three more nights!
Feels like a good night for an Old Pal variation. The Sparrow is named after the original recipe’s creator; journalist William “Sparrow” Robertson, who was Harry MacElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris’s “old pal”. Hope to see some of our old pals tonight and throughout the week.
If you’ve sat at the bar at Estereo, Pub Royale, Queen Mary, Sportsman’s Club or here at Prairie School, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kristina Magro and enjoying one of her cocktails. Today, she was named one of @starchefs 2018 Rising Stars and we couldn’t be more proud. Thank you @magsology for your dedication and positivity. You inspire us all to work a little harder and push ourselves creatively every single day. 📸: @hilaryhiggins

We’ve been waiting quite a while to fully embrace Frank Lloyd Wright’s idea of bringing the outdoors inside. At long last, a warm breeze through the windows of the bar!

A little spring inspiration as we finalize our new menu. Warmer days and delicious drinks are just around the corner! 🤞🏼
Our current sekki menu takes inspiration from the rainbow. 🌈 The Clever Club (middle) uses the highly allocated, beautifully delicate Mancino Sakura Vermouth, that luckily made its way to our bar. On the left is Hot Tub (St. George Chili Vodka, Lime, Yellow Bell Pepper Syrup, Whiner Le Tub) and on the right is our Seedling Smash (Royale Cup, Lemon, Ransom Old Tom Gin, Seedlings Farm Blueberries and Ucelli Vermouth).
