🌊HYDRATE YOURSELF🌊 it's so important to drink lots of water. Water is life!! I don't want my life to be dry! I want a #juicy life, #moist 😊 so I will promote #aqua #Co2. I'm gonna write a song about it. I never used to feel thirst until someone would say "have you drank any water today?" and then I would drink and I would only then realise how dehydrated I was. For too long my pee has been yellow now I can see straight through to the bottom of the toilet bowl 😜. // SPIRITUAL WISDOM- we are going through a very strong transition period, massive changes and if you are like me then meditation and techniques like #eft, #massage and #chanting are helping you release what you don't need. Water 💦 is the key to washing away all the mess in your being that you have unearthed through these practices.
