Leg of lamb grilled over ox heart tomatos, pommes boulangere, salad with vinaigrette and the company of my little family. That’s basically all I need.
Grilled veal roast, new potatos and (buttery) sauteed summer veggies. 30 minute meal full of flavour. What’s not to like?

I catered for the first time in a long long time. It was for Sonia’s first birthday. Over the the top flower theme. More or less all both savory and sweet dishes had a touch of flowers 🌸 today I am totally bummed out - but totally worth it.
This is in my opinion perfect weekday (summer) food. A few good sausages. Seasonal veggies lightly sauteed in vealstock and butter. Pearl barley with spinach. Done in 25 minutes.
