One of my goals this year is to upskill and educate my self, with that said I have teamed up with the mobility king , The ministry of Movement CEO @mattmccorkindale as a way of upskilling for myself and my clients. We have developed a system where one week he will train me and one week I’ll train him . What an awsome day today !!A couple of weeks ago my darling @puawaiblossom and I Alongside my good mate @maz_pup attended a fight night to watch the Thailand champ @pettawee_fight_for_life and today I had the honour to workout with him !! A huge mihi to to @maz_pup for organising me to workout with the man himself @pettawee_fight_for_life has won over 200 fights and is a machine !! He showed me the art of being relaxed in the ring and how to condition your shins 😂 other than the swollen legs and elbows it was a mean experience! Nga mihi ra !!
