Maine's highest point, Baxter Peak on Mount Katahdin, comes in just shy of a mile at 5267' tall. And while the distance between it and the shorter Pamola Peak is only a mile and change, the journey to "get there from here" across the Knife's Edge trail fells much longer. The hike is no joke with steep cliffs lining the sides of a narrow trail, but conquering the traverse makes summiting all the more satisfying // It was great to finally check the trail off my bucket list last week with @rachel_mcdevitt and @danithiele16. More pics to come! // #lettheoutsidein
As some of you may remember, I shot a series of lone-standing trees this winter titled "Branch Out." Well, as luck would have it, I found myself passing the exact same trees on an equally foggy day not too long ago. These photos were taken in the exact same spot, of the same tree, 144 days apart // Branch Out Transformation No. 002 // #livemaine
As many of you may have heard, there's potential to see the Northern Lights on Sunday in New England if the weather is clear. Anyone going aurora hunting?
