Yeeeeep, the final verdict is in and the Shake program from @flattummyco ACTUALLY works. It kept me full until it was time for my next meal, so I wasn’t snacking. Since I wasn’t snacking, my sugar intake went wayyy down and my tummy looks great. I can notice the difference in the way my clothes fit, and I’m definitely gonna be grabbing another program. They have it on a subscription which saves you $10 a month, and to be honest, I might just have to do that. You guys should check them out and let me know how you go with it!
