And I’m off!! Currently in a queue waiting to board my plane to Scotland 😱😱😱 I’ll be travelling through Scotland and Ireland for the next couple of weeks and I’ve promised myself that I’ll be a teeny tiny bit better at Insta stories and share my trip with you as much as possible. Of course I would never leave you without a lil summin summin, so here’s a flapjack cake ✌🏻
And the delicious collab with @grannygoosesa continues.... As you guys may have noticed by now, smoothie bowls are totally my thing! There's nothing better than a delicious creamy smoothie bowl topped with a little crunch. This Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl is no different! It's creamy, crunchy, and a little chocolatey! And.... since there are a whole bunch of public holidays coming up, I thought it would be the ultimate easy, yet satisfying breakfast/treat to whip up quickly before climbing back into that bed and snuggling up in that down duvet. Slow Sundays always make me realise how important it is to take a little time for yourself every now and then. It's so easy to get swept up in weeks filled with way to much work or one too many social commitments. So I've been trying to give myself one day a week where I can spend a little time with myself. Whatever that may mean on the day, sometimes it's reading a book or binge-watching rubbish on Netflix and other times it's a little more productive and it involves me sorting out messy cupboards and finally getting to those chores!
