Shrove Tuesday, a day we at Attendant absolutely love because it's the best excuse to indulge in our vanilla oat pancake stack with raspberry puree, apple and elderflower compote, lemon and cinnamon cream, all topped with toasted quinoa. Pancake day one level up! 🥞
